Step on it this spring with MANGO shoes

I have a great weakness for shoes. I couldn’t wait to see the footwear collection from MANGO’s Spring Preview and I’ve finally been able to have a look.
I was impressed. MANGO has gone for design and innovation. Every shoe, boot, sandal or slipper has its own personality, with details that contribute to elaborate and original final designs.
If there is a colour that dominates it’s brown. Without doubt it will be one of the season’s trends and a safe bet for your wardrobe.
Flats
For those of you who love low heels, there are several options, all very different. On the one hand there are flat pumps, which are still seen as versatile comfortable footwear, like the perforated leather pumps or the floral cloth ones below.

If you want to add a touch of originality to your feet, without going for heels, try these fringed ankle boots in reddish brown, or these extremely original ones which combine an open shoe with a boot leg with beautiful perforated detailing.

Mid heel
Mid-height wide heels in wood help you look taller and slimmer, and are also comfortable to walk in. On sandals or boots these heels are great for work.

High heel
Wedges are still very much on trend. This type of footwear allows you to wear teetering heels more comfortably thanks to the wedge heel and platform. I have my sights set on the espadrilles, the sandals with a flower in reddish brown and the black ones with patent detailing for spring.

For more sophisticated looks, I love these peeptoes, also available in beige, and these original boots with their open ankle and gorgeous heels. Both are over 10 centimetres high.

This is just a small sample of the footwear collection you can find at MANGO’s Spring Preview. Which will you go for?
